Our team is composed of fully trained and accredited staff who are dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service and craftsmanship. We directly employ over sixty local people, and we are proud to operate a fully funded apprentice and training scheme. Our installation trainees undergo a minimum of two years of college education to achieve a level 2 NVQ trade certification and qualification in carpentry and joinery. This ensures that our workforce is skilled, motivated, and capable of providing exceptional service and workmanship.

P&P Glass has achieved Bronze accreditation with Investors in People, and our commitment to excellence has been recognized with many prestigious industry and local business awards. Our Survey and Installation Service has been independently assessed by the BSI, gaining KITEMARK certification, which provides the ultimate peace of mind. We are also a registered installer with The Double Glazing and Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme (DGCOS), which provides deposit and guarantee protection.
