Ordering and Delivery Issues

Sultan Anwar had to wait over a month for a side panel, only to find that it was not ready when he travelled 60 miles to collect it. Sarah Dunwell's order arrived late, and the door furniture was not as specified, with one door having cracked glass. They were promised replacement glass and furniture but were still waiting a month later. Cdicko Cc had to call multiple times to get a quote for a new door, but still didn't receive a call back from Max.
Customer Service
Several reviewers were unhappy with the customer service they received. Sultan Anwar was frustrated with Max's lack of response to his texts and calls, and eventually had to message via messenger to get a response. Max's dad had an appalling attitude when dealing with the issue, and even wanted a handshake for not providing the missing parts. Sarah Dunwell stated that Max never returned their calls, and they were still waiting for the issues to be resolved. Cdicko Cc was given attitude by the owner when they called to get a quote, and never received a call back from Max.
