On the other hand, Darren Bostock and Rachael Thorpe had extremely poor experiences with the company. Darren Bostock was unhappy with the wrong size glass for one side panel and incorrectly assembled doors with the wrong glazing rubber. He also felt that the after-sales service was non-existent.
Rachael Thorpe's Warning
Rachael Thorpe had an even more disturbing experience. Her mother spent 8000 on custom-made windows from the company, but after six months, she was still waiting for the warranted/guarantee, receipt, and keys to the doors. The company refused to provide any of these, leading her family to take legal action.
