Professionalism and Quality of Work
Several reviewers praised the professionalism and quality of work performed by KW Kitchens. Lynne Tunney mentioned that the team worked hard and completed the job within 6 days, with minimal disruption. Izabela Spratt was impressed with the company's ability to transform her old kitchen, describing them as "incredibly professional, reliable, friendly, and work in a timely manner". David Adam and Gill Jenks also praised the company's professionalism and attention to detail.
Poor Communication and Aftercare
However, several reviewers criticized the company's communication and aftercare. Clare was unhappy with the laminate flooring and felt that the company was unresponsive to her concerns. Jason Fennessey had significant issues with the installation of his kitchen, including the warping and splitting of panels. He reported that Roger, the MD, was unhelpful and refused to send a fitter to replace the panels. Margaret Mv had a problem with the silicone color on her worktops and was treated poorly by Roger when she brought it to his attention.
Warranty and Quality of Materials
Clare mentioned that the warranty provided by the company was not worth anything, and Jason Fennessey had issues with the quality of the materials used in his kitchen. The flooring had already chipped, and the furniture had been installed incorrectly.
