Misleading Customer Service
One reviewer, Roger Greasley, was left feeling frustrated with the customer service provided by Ellanor Windows. Although they measured up quickly, it took five days to receive a quote, and each subsequent call to the company yielded the same response: "just about to email it to you". Unfortunately, this promise was never fulfilled, leading to a poor customer service experience.
