Disappointing Experiences
Overestimation and Unprofessionalism
Some customers have reported instances of overestimation and unprofessionalism from Topline Windows. Renfrey Ascott was quoted 2100 for a composite door and double-glazed door installation, but the company surveyor later informed them that all measurements were wrong and a new quote of 3000 was needed. No apologies were offered, and the job was not completed as a result.
Lack of Communication and Service
Dave Hogg is another customer who experienced slow service. Roz Read reported waiting for a long time and dealing with a rude lady on the phone, which made them question the friendly service they had initially read about.
