Disappointing Experiences with Ebor Windows

Inconsistent Communication
Peter Hamilton and Paul Ahdal reported that they were initially excited about the company's sales pitch and interest in their renovation work, but were later met with inconsistent and unresponsive communication. Hamilton's attempts to get a quote and follow up on a survey were met with silence, while Ahdal was given a quote and then faced numerous issues with the installation, including a misfit door and a defective hinge.
Workmanship and Quality Control
Ahdal's experience was further marred by the company's failure to account for the renovation work on his property during the installation process. The fitter was forced to break out plaster to fit the door, and the company's subsequent offer to fix the issue was met with resistance and aggression from Jo, the salesperson.
Jan Tuson's review highlighted a similar issue, noting that the customer service promised by the company was lacking, despite the fitter doing a good job on the door.
