Order and Delivery Issues
The reviewer, Zahra Datoo, had a terrible experience with the company. Despite paying a 50% deposit, the delivery of the windows took over two months, and even then, only two out of five windows were fitted. Furthermore, one of the fitted windows had a smashed glass, and two others arrived in the wrong shape, making them impossible to install.
Poor Communication and Customer Service
The reviewer was extremely dissatisfied with the company's communication and customer service. Derek, the person in charge, did not respond to phone calls or messages, leaving the customer with no updates for a week, and eventually, no hope of resolving the issues.
Overall Experience
The reviewer would not recommend the company to anyone due to their appalling customer service and failure to deliver on their promises.
